Delivery fee
Delivery is $17.95 per address anywhere in our delivery area.
Delivery times
We run a morning route and an afternoon route each delivery day. We can't promise a specific time, but if a delivery has to arrive before a set time, such as a funeral service or an event, add the time on the cart page and we'll plan the route around it.
When the recipient isn't home
If no one answers, our driver will leave the flowers in a shaded, safe spot when one is available, or with a neighbor or building office, and leave a note. If there's no safe place, we'll text the recipient's phone number and return the next delivery day. Colorado sun and cold are hard on flowers, so our drivers won't leave an arrangement somewhere it's likely to be damaged.
Businesses, hospitals and schools
Deliveries to offices, hospitals and schools go to the front desk, reception or main office. Many buildings close early on Saturdays, so we recommend a weekday for business deliveries. Include the recipient's full name, the company or department, and a suite or room number.
Funeral homes and churches
We deliver directly to funeral homes and churches across the metro and coordinate with their staff so flowers are in place before the service. On the cart page, note who is being honored and when the service starts.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please check the address and recipient phone number before you place an order. If we can't deliver because of an incorrect address, we'll contact you to correct it. A second delivery attempt to a new address may carry an additional delivery fee.
Weather and holidays
Snow and ice sometimes slow our routes. On rare days when roads are unsafe, we'll deliver as soon as conditions allow and let you know. Around Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, we recommend ordering a few days early.
Delivery questions
Do you deliver on Sundays?
No. We deliver Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday go out Monday, or on any later day you choose.
Can I pick morning or afternoon delivery?
We run a morning route and an afternoon route every delivery day but can't promise an exact time. If flowers must arrive before a set time, such as a funeral service or an event, add that time on the cart page and we plan the route around it.
What happens if the recipient isn't home?
Our driver leaves the flowers in a shaded, safe spot when there is one, or with a neighbor or building office, and leaves a note. If there's no safe place, we text the recipient and bring the flowers back on the next delivery day.
How much is flower delivery?
Delivery is $17.95 per address anywhere in our delivery area, and arrangements start at $69.95.
